  • This is a 6-month journey with 2 group calls per month that focus on live trainings and hot seat coaching.

  • The people I work with are facilitators, coaches, teachers, healers, medicine workers, therapists, and/or transformational practitioners who support people in sacred healing or ceremonial work.

    More often than not, these facilitators and practitioners are working outside of a lineage and do not have an active mentor, elder, or guide to support them in their deep work.

  • This program is designed to give you plenty of face time with Kat. There are two virtual group calls each month. One session is dedicated to a live training relevant to the group, and the other session is dedicated to hot seat coaching and Q+A for all participants. Both of these calls are included in the Mastermind membership.

    If you want to go even deeper with me and have an additional 1:1 90-minute session each month where we dive into YOUR specific focus areas, then the PLUS membership (695 USD/mo) is the recommended option.

  • This program is designed to be responsive to real time needs and emergent phenomena – which is a lot of what you will encounter while doing your facilitation or healing work.

  • You don’t need to be spiritual in order to vibe with this energy. We welcome those who do not consider themselves spiritual, but recognize that they might find some of the language challenging as a result. If you enjoy divergent perspectives and can vibe with that, come in!
