Your evolution serves everyone.

Katharine

Hargreaves

I am a woman of many faces and names, a shapeshifter in service of truth, healing, and wholeness.

I have studied nature, people, and language since I was young. A child of two architects who was deeply shy, I spent my formative years absorbing the importance of good design, good books, and playing outside. My favorite thing to do was hang out in the forest and create homes inside of trees. My early training was this: observing the minutiae in my surroundings and reading between the lines of life.

If you are patient and listening, you will soon notice that everything is alive.

And not just alive, but intelligent. Sentient. Deeply, mysteriously brilliant. Consciousness is Divine, existing in everything. Even as a child, this was clear to me. That wonder, that joy, that primal curiosity to unlock more life, is behind the sacred work I do.

I am a voracious and life-long student of consciousness.

VALUES

My Journey

For the past 15 years, I’ve worked at the crossroads of transformation and technology.

As a User Experience Designer, Innovation Consultant and Tech Educator working in Silicon Beach for over a decade, I designed complex systems and cutting edge products for millions of people, while working with some of the most practical and profound technology driving innovation in global industries.

It was after a significant experience with plant medicine in 2017 that my worldview shattered and my life underwent a complete recalibration.

I struggled to reconcile the futuristic work I was doing with the Capitalist systems that were destroying the Earth and leaving me drained and depleted at the end of the day. I knew there was another path for me – a path that invigorated and nourished my spirit.

This was made clear to me in that medicine ceremony. I couldn’t go back to my old life, and I didn’t. Instead I left on a solo pilgrimage for 9 months, seeking answers.

This quest opened up the next life chapter.

It was during that time that I encountered the lineage of the Dagara people, and began to work with my teacher. The practice of divination resonated with my whole being and drastically accelerated my unfolding path. I was introduced and later initiated into this tradition of West African shamanism.

I had been working with mushroom medicine personally since 2012, but it was also during that time that people started asking me to serve them. However, I was in the midst of a total spiritual dismemberment post-initiation. Before I could hold others, I needed to hold myself.

So I shut down my consulting business, packed up my life in California, and drove cross-country with my dog and six shrines in a mini-van to eventually be replanted in the heart of the beast.

For the past 12 years, I’ve been passionate about creating deeply transformational experiences that empower people to confront challenge, embrace uncertainty, heal their shit, and become the stewards of radically vibrant futures.

But it wasn’t until I rooted myself in Washington, D.C. that I realized I was now living my dream: being a full-time medicine woman.

People come to me for support navigating crunchy transitions and life thresholds, healing their story, stepping into their power, and discovering new paths forward.

I am a systems thinker. A teacher of spiritual technologies. A translator of embodied wisdom.

What this means is that I think in patterns and make meaning through interaction. I need to engage with something in order to understand it. I am fascinated by the energetic laws and layers of reality and how it all ‘works’. Naturally, this obsession has led me to work within the realms of healing and consciousness expansion.

While many of us navigate life through the intellect, and understand things as concepts, I am built to embody my wisdom. I am usually required by the powers that be to ‘taste my medicine’ first. Only then does it land in my being, and I am able to teach what I have absorbed, metabolized, and put into practice.

I believe that we all have the capacity to experience deep insight, direct revelations, and ancestral downloads that guide us through life’s wild and weird passages. I am not anyone’s guru, only my own, but I am quite good at helping people connect to their inner teacher.

While I have many skills and tools that I employ in my work, the most simple way to describe what I do is that I partner with you to cultivate the conditions for deep healing, communion, and wholeness with your soul.

Without nature, we are nothing.
With it, we gain access to everything.

My training connects the practical and the profound.

My practice is infused and informed by trainings and certification in design technology, systems design, shamanic healing, integration support, energy cultivation, and expanded states of consciousness.

My Statement on Money

How I value my work and price my offerings

In devotion to your expansion

I don’t have a magic process or formula. I believe formulas are fragile tools, and fundamentally I teach anti-fragility. True strength is found inside ourselves – in our truth, our connection to our wisdom, our wholeness.

I am not here to hand you the answers – but I will help you find yours.

The answers you seek are in your soul. They are not found, they are remembered. We naturally recover this wisdom once the parts that feel weak are resourced and supported.

In other words: If you have a question, my responsibility is to assist you in becoming the answer.
