Kat Hargreaves is an initiated medicine woman, psychedelic minister, and transformational facilitator based outside of Washington, D.C. in the wilderness.

What I live for? Creating the conditions to empower sustained, profound change.

For almost 15 years, I’ve supported people, companies, and communities in meeting their edge: that terrifying and necessary threshold between who you are and who you know you must become.

Any kind of transformational process will require you to shed old stories, beliefs, and identities in service of your most authentic truth and self. The process you will embark upon will require you to become more courageous, creative, and yes – uncomfortable.

My expertise and speciality is crafting safe, supportive, and eye-opening containers and encounters that empower your evolution. In our work together you will shift from confusion into coherence, fragmentation into wholeness, and from breakdown to breakthrough.
